These Terms and Conditions govern the terms and conditions for transactions (hereinafter referred to as “Transactions”) related to services provided by Shidara Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) to users (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).
When conducting Transactions with the Company, please review the following and contact us accordingly.
Please note that if you contact us regarding Transactions, we will proceed with the Transactions on the understanding that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Applications are accepted at any time.
For inquiries, please contact us by phone or via the inquiry form on our website to discuss performance dates, times, locations, fees, and other details.
Our staff will handle your request responsibly.
1. Payment Methods for Appearance Fees, etc.
After appearance at your event, we will send you an invoice. Please pay the appearance fee via bank transfer.
Please note that any transfer fees will be your responsibility.
If you cancel this transaction for your own reasons, please be aware that the following cancellation fees will apply and must be paid.
2. Cancellation Fee (including scheduled performance date)
- (1) After booking confirmation → Up to 3 months prior (91 days): 50% of the appearance fee
- (2) From 3 months prior (90 days) → Up to 1 month prior (31 days): 80% of the appearance fee
- (3) From 1 month prior (30 days) → Up to the scheduled appearance date: 100% of the appearance fee
3. Consultations, etc.
- (1) In the event that a performer is unable to appear due to force majeure such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, unforeseen accidents, or epidemics, the matter shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
- (2) Should circumstances arise not covered by the above provisions, the matter shall be handled in good faith through consultation between our company and the customer.
